Policies & Precision.
To ensure the highest standard of luxury and safety for all our guests, FrioRitas maintains strict adherence to the following policies.
Responsible Party & Age Limit
- The responsible party securing the reservation must be 25 years of age.
- The responsible party is required to stay at the home during the entire reservation period. No exceptions.
- Driver’s license must be provided at check-in.
- If it is an all-adult group (18+), ALL GUESTS MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER.
Check-In / Check-Out
- Check-In: Between 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM on arrival date.
- Late Arrival: Packets available at office after 6:00 PM (Map/Key included).
- Contract Signature: All guests must have signed contracts prior to check-in.
- Check-Out: Strictly at 11:00 AM on departure date.
Linens & Supplies
- Linens Option: Guests are encouraged to bring their own linens and towels.
- Rental Option: Available for $10.00 - $20.00/set (requires 4 weeks notice; subject to availability).
- Expendables: We DO NOT provide toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, or charcoal.
- Provided: We provide coffee filters and daily trash pickup.
Property Grounds
- Pets: Strictly NO PETS allowed.
- Events: Events are allowed with prior authorization and specific event-type disclosure.
- Maximum Capacity: Overnight occupancy is strictly enforced (22-25 max including add-on twin beds).
- Furniture: Indoor chairs and furniture must not be removed from the property.
General Conduct
- Quiet Hours: Please respect the Concan Country Club residential environment.
- Smoking: No smoking permitted inside the residence.
- Departure: No refunds for early departures under any circumstances.
- Dates: It is your obligation to double check reservation dates.
